Not sure why everyone is getting their panties in a twist over this.

He doesn't come across any differently than most coaches who leave one program for another.

"This is the place I've always wanted to be." "This is my dream job." "This place is special", etc, etc, etc,.......

There's nothing surprising or original about anything he said.
