Guy's just really amped, pumped and jazzed about his new digs (and salary that ND wouldn't go near).

Unfortunately for him, the guy he thinks is the best recruiter he's ever been around has a lot of massive holes in his roster, because of poor recruiting. Hence the 15-11 record the last 2 seasons.
