Lost in the discussion - BYU gifted us two possessions with the fumbled punt and the silly fake punt attempt. Take those away and this game is very different.

They took their opening kickoff and marched down the field effortlessly. When we needed a stand with a 24-21 lead, they again marched down the field to score a TD. Against our D that is supposedly elite.

These things are very concerning. We have a lot to correct. Maybe this game serves as a necessary wake up call. But to chalk this up as just a close road loss to a good team masks some larger problems.
