It is a failure of coaching

I think we recruit fine, we just refuse to use the ones we have despite pretty average performances by the ones we use. Side note: our best RB got 5 carries.

We don't know if there are better receivers on this team because the OC is stuck on playing three of them with one of them, Greathouse, being thoroughly mediocre. At best, Gilbert/Greathouse are the same receiver skill wise. Why aren't we trying different guys/combinations instead of trotting Faison/Greathouse/Gilbert out there are 90% of the competitive plays?
