Not sure parity is an apt description....but I do agree

with the thought that those willing/able to work the portal and have the financial wherewithall to upgrade with players that fit voids, the path to establish and maintain a strong program is now far shorter and more level.

As for the long term effect, it is a breath of fresh air other than the mercenary look.
