teams that ran the scheme (Parseghian's teams ran it well).....The Wing T was built around a series of plays that began with nearly identical backfield action: buck sweep, trap, waggle (play-action pass), & counter. The offensive line, backs, and quarterback showed the same initial movements. Defenders often couldn't tell whether they were seeing a sweep, trap, counter, or pass until it was too late. It created hesitation & defensive football is about reading keys and reacting quickly. The Wing T intentionally corrupted those keys.

Love that offense - can never figure out why it disappeared......????
