How are they teaching QBs to hit the turf? Feet first or head first dive?

IMHO, it wasn't the hit so much because the actual play isn't happening in slow mo, but it was the prolonged reaction by the "tackler" and his pals after the hit. And it wasn't like his HC gave two craps about the play anyways.
