Seems all he got was a correction of last year's scenario should that specific set of circumstances

He didn't address the fact that the same cabal would merely adjust as necessary to achieve the same result as desired.

(Note, I get that ND could make all this moot by winning some of the games they should...but that doesn't alter the fact that they were blatantly cheated last year...and apparently could be again this year...if in another vulnerable slot and the powers that be wish it.)
