Wisconsin was a different team due to all the transfers, and had a new OC. I expected the defense to give up some points against them tonight.
Everything I heard was that their DL and LBs were good, and figured it would make running against them tough. They did a very good job on meeting the RBs in the hole, especially the 1st half.
The coaches said it would be about adjustments before the game, and that's what happened, they saw what their O and D were doing, and ND adjusted and stopped their O and scored TDs on every drive in the 2nd half.
Week 1 is when you figure out some things, week 2 should be an easier game against Rice, but their offense is an option style so I imagine the D gives up some things early until they settle in and figure it out.
