Ball security and good decision making are far more important than "instilling fear".

If one of the faster, more explosive players had the trust of the coaches to not make a bad decision or put the ball on the ground, they'd be back there already.

Give Biagi and Freeman a little credit instead of thinking you know best from your keyboard in your mom's basement.
