If he continues to elevate his game, I'd be happy to have him

As much of a dirtbag that Lane Kiffin is, I have to grudgingly agree that Kiffin is a good coach, and knows how to build up and develop a program. Of course, he also knows how to destroy a program, but seeing how Ole Miss turned into a very good program under his watch shows that he's not chopped liver.

Weis Jr. is in a pretty good position. He can continue to learn from Kiffin about running offenses and managing a team, while getting ready for the next big thing.

I have a strong feeling that Weis Jr. has a much more ethical mind than Kiffin...
