I push ND as Tight End U. every season because of the continuity of great receiving Tight Ends that goes back to Dave Casper. With that pedigree, ND should be recruiting the best TE's every year and working them into the passing game early and often.

The capability upside of Cooper Flanagan and the TE utilization strategy are still not clear to me. I hope Flanagan is positioned by the scheme to step up and he follows through.
