I don’t have faith that Denbrock is doing this, but I suspect there is a reason some of the best teams look so so in the first half of games to start the season…. Then open up in the second half of the game. Sure some of it is the opposition is amped to start the season, but I think part of it is the top teams are using the games they expect to win easy as preseason games to iron out wrinkles in their game plans and I wouldn’t doubt in some way playing possum with what they are capable of in future games.
