Somewhat OT: Our old USC friend, Caleb "Fingernails" Williams shows his class
There have been a couple of threads regarding Lincoln Riley's development of his players, not as athletes, but as men of character.
That cheap shot delivered to Dante Moore, and the happy whooping and hollering by the USC guys basically summed it up for his current crop of players.
The fact that he only suspended that guy for a single game further cements this.
But, has this always been the case, or just something more current?
Looking at one of his highest profile players (Caleb Williams), of whom he gushed over throughout the years at Oklahoma and USC, I'd lean more to the former, especially his fingernail conduct.
During yesterday's Bears vs Eagles game, ol' Fingernails didn't stand still, and was walking during the playing of the National Anthem, back and forth, despite being too injured to play.
It has to be at least one of two things. Either he's a classless thug, or he's too dumb to remember the rules.
