Ok,conor and Chris. I'm sorry I revealed the punchline ahead of time. I'll act surprised for you.

This makes no sense. Aren't Republicans in blue cities also counting the votes?

There are too many controls for this type of fraud to occur. And I have to believe there are at least a few Dems in each city who have a conscience and at the very least would blow the whistle.

What a marvelous way to avoid accepting responsibility for defeat.

Independent voters chose our opponents over us and there’s been no proof of fraud but…fraud!

...you're right.

Consider:
The statistical odds of razor thin margins (2000 Palm Beach County margins) across the country in key Battleground States with tens of millions of voters working in the same direction over and over in the crucial elections.
Further, in each of these cases, it is Blue counties with high Dem to Republican ratios report late such that the level of national importance of the particular election result can be guaged, and the number of votes target needed can be clearly discerned.
Further, relaxed voter ID laws allow for manipulation of the votes.
The abuse cannot be made too obvious, thus the unexpected voter margins are just enough, and the counties used are varied, but always blue.
The party that benefits inexplicably supports no Voter ID.

One option - no cheating with statistical odd in the one in many billions to trillions.
Another option - Dems are cheating - odds about 1 in 1 to 1 in 2 if they can get away with it.

Oh and that R’s across the nation are discouraged from using voter boxes, mail-in, and absentee voting by their candidates - 1 by constantly shouting those methods are for cheating. 2. Republicans need to make a strong same Day statement on Election Day.

Kind of an important thing, particularly when combined with widespread ignorance of the most basic facts of our history, our government, world cultures and history, and on and on.

I think plenty of people have been dumb for a good while. I don’t know if a further relative decline does much.

Now, back to Hershel: do you still think he’s going to win?

You're on a tear this week about conspiratorial thinking. Question: do you think dumb people are more prone to conspiratorial thinking that others?

Given the results last week, I have no idea what will happen in Georgia. Just as you should be laughing that the GOP couldn't defeat a vegetable in Pennsylvania, I will be chuckling if a low-IQ, pro-life abortion encourager wins in Georgia. I just hope that Kemp has his people out hiding all the on-your-honor vote drop-off boxes, and shuts the polls down a couple hours early without telling anyone besides the hardcore GOPers through their QAnon decoder rings.

Thread Level: 10

That presumes Kemp wants Walker.

Student loan forgiveness that isn’t happening, huh? You know a campaign promise that we were told was delivered. You covered a bunch of talking points in your little soapbox post but didn’t touch that one.

Student loan forgiveness likely played a part. I find it surprising that people aren’t linking the youth vote to abortion which likely played as large a part.

But my point, which unsurprisingly you missed, is you don’t care when the Rs make promises they can’t or have no intention of keeping. We’re bringing back manufacturing! We’re building a wall!

You’re just upset that the Ds did it better this time.

Btw, youth turnout was still under 30%.

Didn’t believe it. I live in a pretty good place with DeSantis running the show (for now). Have a pretty good job in an industry that isn’t going anywhere. The people who voted for these Dems will have to live with their choices. I have also said that all politicians are scumbags and I don’t believe any of them. I’m sure DeSantis is no different and has skeletons which will come out.

I happen to work for a manufacturer and see how much is built overseas. We assembly our products here in the states but most components are built elsewhere. I don’t believe any “promise” because they are all self serving assholes.

Pointing out, avoiding? Pretty much the same thing. I just didn’t scream “WHATABOUT” like other douchebags.
