Wouldn't it have been a good idea to have an Inspector General to watch over $2T in 2020 spending?
For some reason, 'Unca Donald' specifically fought against that idea...have you got a good explanation for that?...btw, there are horror stories in many states over the allocations.
The payouts to states from Trump's program were unprecedented and caught many states...including NY...unprepared for the highly "Lenient" approval terms set by DJT...IMO that's the root cause of all this financial mayhem.
