The start date of the Chart provided is very important...2011 was a peak in many commodities
If for example you started at the turn of the Century (2000) Precious metals would lead by a large margin. Other start dates would significantly change returns for other Asset Classes

Long term treasury market is collapsing. Its high yield will force mortgage rate close to 10% soon
the 30-year fix rate, I meant.
Bitcoin of course is the worst, but it is a different animal.
