A lot of states have an option where the parents and child can elect to allow the other contact them should they ever desire to do so, and should both sides have agreed to it.
I'd check that box and allow them the option of contacting me if they wanted to meet me. My family/parents would always be just that. But I don't see anything wrong with meeting your biological parents if they were interested.

I wouldn't go looking for them. I would consider the people that adopted me to be my parents.
If my birth mom and/or dad happened to find me, I supposed I'd meet with them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find them.
and then depending on their standard of living compared to mine -- I would either physically assault them or ridicule them.
