Tara Reade. If we only had a press corps and a militant R to fund her attorneys. .
(no message)-
Level 2
If only she had any credibility and didn’t defect to Russia.
-
-
Level 4
I give you ELP, the crown prince of horrible whatabouts. Her credibility was zero.
Even the right wing has recognized that.
-
-
Level 6
Let’s see, any of the FNC, Newsmax or One Anerican media arseholes.
She’s become a non person.
-
Level 7
Name names. What right winger called her a zero? You said it. You're generalizing.
(no message)-
Level 8
It’s like speaking to a kindergardener. They didn’t say anything, but they don’t acknowledge her or
her claims at all anymore. Cause they know they are BS. Contrast this to Hunter Biden who they cover on a very personal basis all the time.
This because her credibility is zero. Never said they called her a zero. Said she has become a non person even in right wing media, because she HAS zero credibility.

Trump literally “Fucked Around” and found out. Hahahahahaha!!!
(no message)We're all born bald baby!-
Level 2
Good point. Dottering old fool has pretty much led a consequences
free life. Not no more.
Messed with the wrong woman this time.
-
Level 3
Have any of these 20 plus women filed a criminal complaint with the police? I wouldn't put anything
past Don but that would be very odd if none of them did.
-
Level 4
Statute of limitations, at least in E. Jean Carroll's case.
"You didn't report this allegation to the police, did you?" was a question most certainly asked in the civil rape case.
It is not uncommon for women to not file a police complaint for a number of reasons, especially during the time when these incidents occurred.
Ask yourself Musky if Donald J. Trump reflects your values towards women?

Level 5
No I don't hold my moral values to Donald Trump. I don't chase his life
around like a few on here do. Not saying these incidents didn't happen but now most everyone is coming forward when money's involved.
-
-
Level 5
More importantly, how many would report a powerful figure who would then be out to ruin their lives?
How many of Cumo’s victims went to the police? In fact one was a member of the state police herself. How many of Sandusky’s victims went to the police when it happened? Or Epstein’s victims?
Why Orange said he just grabs women by their genitals on tape. Because he knew he could.
Also, put it another way, are all of these people just lying?
-
Level 6
Well if no one comes forward then we don't know who the rapists are. Now that moneys
involved many of them are coming forward .
-
-
-
Level 9
Obviously civil Musky as it’s a defamation case. Think about this.
You have already been found liable for defamation where you could have, but didn’t testify because your deposition testimony which was read to the jury was bad enough.
Who, but a doddering, old, narcissistic fool goes out and keeps saying the same things about the victim? Attack the system, get your message out that the system is biased. But he used the worst judgement possible which is gonna cost him a whole lot more money. You want that kind of judgment back in the WH?
-
Level 10
Normal people would never do such a thing...but an off-the-charts Malignant Narcissist MUST NEVER
admit to even the slightest fault...or they crumble to ashes...his essentially incurable severe Personality Disorder should be more than adequate for any observer to scratch him from a ballot for any Public Service position...much less the Presidency.

Level 9
It doesn’t matter. That argument was made nevertheless
(no message)We're all born bald baby!-
Level 10
So she testified in court in a civil trial about money but wouldn't in a criminal trial.
If she did this years ago in a criminal trial and he was found guilty we wouldn't be talking about a President Trump. That's exactly my point about not making a police report.
-
Level 11
Have you ever been a victim?…
Neither have I. You have no idea about this lady’s intentions. Also, you don’t if she wanted to press criminal charges. Maybe she was dissuaded.

What does being a veteran have to do with it? Trump avoided Vietnam…
because of supposed bone spurs.
He brought all this shit on himself. He’s a prick

Level 16
So you think it is OK to convict with no witnesses or evidence? Sad.
Only two places this could happen, New York or California. Sad and pathetic you would endorse this.
-
Level 17
I believe something happened based on Trump’s views of women…
and shit he’s said. As far as the defamation case, there are millions of witnesses that heard what Trump said about that woman. Congratulations on your most substantive post…ever!
We're all born bald baby!-
Level 18
You think that is enough to convict someone? Do you have any comprehension on the rule of law?
(no message)-
Level 19
Yes, in a civil case. May be a different outcome in a criminal case…
but I do think he did it. He’s scum. Those that vote for him are idiots.

An 83.3 Million dollar deposit? You said he'd have to pay the 83.3M to appeal. Just admit your wrong
BaronVonZemo 64345 postsAnd don't pretend you didn't mean it, either.
-
Level 6
He's not wrong...as per usual, you are...here's why
from the attached American Bar Association statement...
---------------
"In a civil case, an appeal doesn t ordinarily prevent the enforcement of the trial court's judgment. The winning party in the trial court may order the judgment executed. However, the appealing party can file an appeal or supersedeas bond. The filing of this bond will prevent, or stay, further action on the judgment until the appeal is over by guaranteeing that the appealing party will pay or perform the judgment if it is not reversed on appeal."
-------------Why do you needlessly act the Fool...all you have to do is read and think before posting...not all that hard...sheesh...
-
Level 6
You really have no idea what you are talking about
We all know you’re a moron, so let me explain. He either pays the full amount to the court to hold (like an escrow account) or he gets a bond to fund it. With the latter, what reputable financial institution will fund this on hud behalf.
-
-
Level 8
If his appeal fails, DJT's $83.3M bond will be transferred...with interest...to E. Jean Carroll and
her attorneys...and it looks as though he's "Cruise'n for a Bruise'n"...again...what an idiot...can't stop saying stupid stuff...not unlike you.

I don’t practice in NY but I’d bet he merely has to pay a bond pending any appeal.
(no message)-
Level 4
Yes, but it will require Trump to pay a deposit and offer collateral, plus interest and fees.
It would also require Mr. Trump to find a financial institution willing to lend him a large sum of money at a time when he is about to get hit by NY AG civil fraud case.
He'll find a donor, willing to curry favor down the road.
Trump bragged he is a billionaire. On the verge of bankruptcy (once again).

They will demand collateral from Trump.

BaronVonZemo 64345 postsshown that. Your merely a partisan wishing to hurt the guy with suit after suit in venues where the liberal juries hate him….all because he dared to oppose the fascists in charge.

Level 10
That’s some funny shit…
And I love your alligator tears for a guy who doesn’t give a shit about anyone but himself. FYI, I’m a Reagan Republican. Reagan would hate Trump and you know it. Trump brought everything on himself. He’s not a victim.

Trump is unfit to be president. So is Biden. We need younger, centrist leaders.
