I'll start with a few:

- Electric dishwashers. You have to "pre-wash." At that point, you may as well just hand wash and do a better job than the machine.
- Convertibles: Beyond the danger involved in an accident, I find them to be ugly. Additionally, every convertible Corvette or Mustang I see on the road is being driven by an elderly couple going a minimum of 10 mph below the speed limit.
- Flyfishing: I spent my youth logging thousands of hours trout fishing. I don't regret never spending a minute flycasting. Spincasting was more practical and more productive, with so much less hassle.
- Pies: There I said it. Not that I don't like them. I do. However, they're more hit and miss than any other baked dessert. It's much easier to cake right than a pie, and I have a lifetime of experiences to validate this. Rarely have I had a cake that I thought was inedible. In contrast, I've had numerous pies that were. They were overbaked, they had questionable ingredients, they had subpar fruit or the wrong type of apples used, and so forth. Plus, most everyone has two or three kinds of pie that they will not eat. Other than molasses, I'll eat any kind of cookie.

Grand canyon as a 7-wonder of nature, kale as a healthy veg, air fryer as a revolution in kitchen.

Grand Canyon is overrated? Hadn't heard that before. Pretty sure Kale is healthy...just not tasty.

Off-putting texture usually.

Agree on air fryer. We have one...but not finding much difference over ovens/convection ovens.

Love our air fryer which also grills.

Dominates at reheating pizza. Chicken Thighs are also a favorite, the skin is perfectly crisp. Steaks, burgers, asparagus, potatoes, all come off it excellent.

Especially if you doesn't explore it by going to the bottom, just stay at south rim instead like I did, grand canyon definitely is overrated. Btw It's not even the largest canyon in the world.

Tom Cruise is insane, but he is a great actor. London and country music speak for themselves. Granted, I've mostly been to the best parts of London. I know there are bad parts.

Mainstream Country and Pop is dumbed down to the LCD. Most times the lyrics also suck

In a recent study, researchers from the Medical University of Vienna in Austria studied 15 genres and 374 subgenres. They rated the genre's complexity over time — measured by researchers in purely quantitative aspects, such as timbre and acoustical variations — and compared that to the genre's sales. They found that in nearly every case, as genres increase in popularity, they also become more generic.

Cruise is a box office smash who has never won a major acting award. He's generally a ham.

London is filled with pompous asses looking to shove Rule Britannia in your face.
They love to tell Americans how inferior they are.

Maybe it was because I was dealing with international business people. Most of them were crushed by Brexit, and they were certainly were not in favor of Britain over Europe or America.

I just don't get it why it is so popular. Long and boring games, and insufferably long season (and greedy owners already looking to extend it further), too many teams making the playoff, owners and a commissioner who don't give a damn about player health....I could go on and on.

I'd rather watch a MAC Tuesday night game than any NFL game.

(1) Range finders for golfers who have > 4 handicap.

Of course I have never used one. The yardage markers provide a reasonable guide for distances to the center of the green. No, I do not have a 148 yard club because my golf swing yields 10 different results for 10 different swings. That is, I am not a professional golfer. So, I have a rough idea what club to use for 140-150 yards, depending upon wind and elevation. For the douchebag 14 handicap player, stop pretending exact distance matters. And practice swings are for non hackers.

(2) Fire pits. Cult City type people. “Nothing like a Friday or Saturday night sitting around the fire pit, with my family and friends, drinking bourbon and unwinding from the work week.” Wow! Talk about fookin boring. Devil worshipers. Trump voters.

(3) Country Music. See #2.

(4) Tattoos. No, you are not cool. You are insecure. It is graffiti upon the skin God gave you. Nothing appealing about a tattoo, including otherwise hottie females.

(5) Firearms collections. See #4. The insecure part.

My neighbor occasionally puts a fire pit at the end of his driveway, near the street...sets up some chairs...pours some whisky to whomever stops by. It's just an excuse to have a neighborhood gathering, while being responsible with a fire. I suspect the local authorities would frown on a campfire in the front yard.

It's not the same as a camp fire on a camp out, but it serves its purpose.
