Decent? He killed 4,500 of our soldiers and maimed thousands more
While he did not lie us into war (our intelligence analysts truly thought Iraq had WoMD), he started a war based on the pure speculation of what Iraq might possibly perhaps someday do.
And Putin used that same rationale as justification to attack Ukraine.
