While he did not lie us into war (our intelligence analysts truly thought Iraq had WoMD), he started a war based on the pure speculation of what Iraq might possibly perhaps someday do.
And Putin used that same rationale as justification to attack Ukraine.

Though not a nazi, he invaded a country knowing he had lied to Americans and
the rest of the world. His war killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqi’s, decimated the country. Knowing full well he and his pals created evidence for this invasion. They did it for profit and vengeance.
