"Record number of early votes cast in Georgia as election gets underway in battleground state"...

...it is definitely going to be a close race, but it won't be lacking for voter interest...here's an excerpt from the linked article...
------------------
A record number of early votes have been cast in Georgia on Tuesday as residents headed to the polls in a critical battleground state that is grappling with the fallout from Hurricane Helene and controversial election administration changes that have spurred a flurry of lawsuits.

More than 328,000 ballots were cast Tuesday, Gabe Sterling of the Georgia secretary of state’s office said on X. “So with the record breaking 1st day of early voting and accepted absentees we have had over 328,000 total votes cast so far,” he said.

The previous first day record was 136,000 in 2020, Sterling said.

The swing state is one of the most closely watched this election, with former President Donald Trump trying to reclaim it after losing there to President Joe Biden by a small margin four years ago, leading Trump and his allies to unsuccessfully push to overturn his defeat.

Americans...freeing them from bondage to employers...eliminating the "Pre-Existing Condition" restriction? Even deep red states, like Kentucky will never give up their versions of the ACA...then there's the much needed Infrastructure Bill and the Bipartisan Border Security/Immigration Senate Bill...

Yes, we need constant oversight (see SCOTUS Justice Thomas' $260K RV), but good work IS being done.

I have reservation on this Carter' voting thing. I paid attention to Jimmy Carter situation recently

I respect him highly. He had been in hospice care for 19 months. 4 months ago his grandson said his grandfather did not wake up everyday. That's before Harris replaced Biden.

So, about his voting. I have no doubt Carter vote is 100% legit and he will vote partyline, i.e. any D nominee. But his voting is in his very poor physical and mental condition. They shouldn't hype his voting. They shouldn't use a dying person who often sleeps 24 hours a day, had brain cancer and in hospice care for very long this way in politics.

win Georgia in a landslide.

They were even registering voters outside of a gun show, in Gainesville, GA.

I remember seeing one Harris/Walz sign compared to thousands of Trump/Vance signs. (And saw quite a few people wearing Trump shirts, including a fair number of Black men.)

If sense people are highly motivated to show up to vote for Trump this year in Georgia.

The Democrats have plenty of support in certain areas of Georgia. It will likely be a close race again.

Yup. Think the R’s will squeak it out but it will be close.

ethical or moral turpitude...plus, she has clearly defined plans...in writing...for our Economic future, Border Security, Immigration Policy, Energy Security, Women's Rights, Middle and Lower Class Advancement, along with Foreign Relations consistent with long standing bipartisan U.S. Policy...and finally, she has the Energy, Intelligence and Drive to sustain her for all 4 years...if not 8.

You already know all about Donald Trump...who, btw, wants to aid and abet Vladimir Putin in wiping out your relatives in Ukraine.

There is absolutely NO ROOM for Equivocation in this election...time to make a decision...Harris or Trump?...what's your choice?

Big Banks in the "Great Recession"??...or getting Pharma drug prices down for ALL citizens.

That salacious comment about her dating Willie Brown is a stain on you, not her...and as far as politics go, she pulled out a victory in a very tight AG race in CA, and more recently turned a losing race into a very winnable one...all on her ability to demonstrate clear thinking, and policy making that even appeals to many leading Republicans.

Do some research next time before you spout off.

Your statement only says you’re looking to justify voting for djt who is the worst choice as POTUS in America’s election history. Harris is not even in your decision making.

If you really need to justify choosing djt on the open you know without doubt you’re about to make the absolute worst choice by supporting djt.

It’s a terrible dilemma you’re in having to choose what you know is the best choice but your worst impulse will win out. Good luck.

I’ve posted many times that my ideal outcome is a Kamala win and a Republican Congress. I just won’t pull the lever for either of these clowns.

You keep placing Harris in the same corruption gamut as djt.

She’s not corrupt nor is she bad. You may not like the Biden legacy, but you cannot say the Biden Harris years were bad for America because flatly they have been stupendous.

She may not be impressive to you but she’s smart enough to surround herself with a smart hard working people. Djt will surround himself with criminal yes men.
