In fact it isn’t easy scam the system. This article is proof. The apps are screened and vetted. You
need a driver’s license or some other ID form. Mass drop offs are particularly looked at. If there is suspected fraud it goes to the DA. How do I know? I work for some counties and election boards. I also know Julie Wheeler pretty well.

It’s Berks County, and if you want to look, the sheriffs office got into a spat with the ACLU about their monitoring of drop boxes. It’s still a GOP dominated county. I deal with EB’s from both D and R counties. They want to do it right in my experience. But you obviously know more.
