The ability to turn a local illegal immigration problem in border states into a national problem by bussing illegal immigrants to major sanctuary cities in order to expose the issue was brilliant. Once large numbers of illegal immigrants arrived at these sanctuary cities they robbed from Peter to pay Paul by using resources designated for inner city communities to support the Illegals, this did not sit well with the Democratic voters in these urban areas and vote reflected it.

I live in San Diego we have a border, but pay 5 bucks a gallon, 17 dollars for nachos, and 4 bucks
For a small bag of potato chips, 25 bucks for pizza and 400 a month for electricity that magically goes down before an election
I’m starting to shop at Costco, which is killing me because as a Catholic school boy fair trade was ingrained in me
Inflated prices are every single day and is tops on my list, border is near bottom
