I swear in my town it is 90%. NYC looks unhealthy too. Actually Philly looks good for, is this ok to
say, near Ardmore and many of the DC women.

We started getting fat almost as soon as the food pyramid came out telling us to stuff our faces
with carbs. One simple change to the food pyramid telling us to eat protein, non-saturated fats and less carbs can make our entire society much healthier than it is today.
