Laughably, Bragg wanted the case postponed for 4 years instead of just listening to the SCOTUS tell him his case violated the Constitution.
I guess that he hasn't heard of the 6th Amendment. which is not surprising given his lack of knowledge/concern with the rest of the Constitution.
The people have spoken, and they clearly feel that Bragg's case was a Banana Republic move. Jack' Smith's coordinated DOJ involvement needs to be addressed here as well by Bondi, the new AG.

I would like to see Jack Smith and Merrick Garland charged for misusing the Special Prosecutor
position without congressional authority as called for by the law.
It was a big reason many voted for him.

If this was an actual crime, the why is Merchan now finally, after the election, allowing a motion for dismissal when he never did before?
The SCOTUS blew this case apart in July.
The answer is now very clear to ALL. It was purely a political witch hunt by a fascist (yes the term they call others Rule #1) administration.
The only 'lawfare' corruption occurred when Trump's AG scrubbed all mention of "Individual-1"
from the "Charging Instrument" that put Michael Cohen in prison...literally EVERYONE knew who "Individual-1" was...Donald J. Trump...the CAUSE of Mr. Cohen's illegal actions. (ref: fmr SDNY Attorney, Geoffrey Berman's book "Holding The LIne").
All Judge Merchan is doing is allowing Trump's attorneys to plead their case. It's the opinion of several observers that DJT will be sentenced as soon as he leaves the WH in 2029. A jury has seen the evidence and rendered its decision.
