Those agreements are based on TRUST and having a totally UNTRUSTWORTHY President (i.e. Felon, Rapist, Fraud, etc.) makes their jobs/chosen careers exceedingly difficult and distressing...therefore a reason for some to seek counseling. Since even Curly has availed himself of counseling, it's not unreasonable for State Department employees to do the same...it's no longer a stigma...it's being smart about keeping yourself healthy.
