If it’s a with prejudice dismissal it’s over. If not, technically they could be refiled but that
won’t happen realistically.

My understanding is that the cases can be brought against DJT the moment he leaves office.
The motions are in essence a temporary delay, according to what I've read thus far. Those with knowledge of how "Prejudice" works can provide more commentary.

If the charges were dismissed without prejudice I believe they can be refiled.
After Trump leaves office. This would force him to try and pardon himself while in office.
