Opposing DJT for his documented behavior is a responsibility for every American who treasures what this nation has stood for since its founding.

Manchin actually suggested that Biden should have pardoned Trump at the same time for the same reason.

It gives me comfort that Democrats have learned absolutely nothing.

...and a Grand Jury indicted him on charges of leading an Insurrection to overturn a free and fair election...that should be cause enough for any right minded American to oppose Donald Trump.

I welcome more discussion on these charges...as well as several others...like his denial of collusion with Russia prior to the 2016 election, when a GOP-led Senate Intelligence Committee Report found clear evidence that he had done so...another serious offense that no true American should tolerate...why do you?

rational person votes for Trump given his non-stop lying along with a total lack of ethics, morality and lack of intelligence.

A recent example on this board is a MAGA poster who was absolutely livid about the cost of eggs...blamed it on Biden's economic policies...but didn't have the wisdom or mental energy to spend less than a minute investigating on the internet "Why" the prices were so high...had he done so, he'd have immediately found through scores of references, in less than 30 seconds, that the high prices were due to an epidemic of Bird Flu causing egg producers to kill over 20 million chickens.

This lack of "Critical Thinking" on the part of MAGAs is a major reason for them being duped into voting for Trump. On top of that, they rely on media that has no journalistic standards for accuracy...like FOX who paid $787M for knowingly lying to their followers and not apologizing or agreeing to cease lying...never mind the numerous podcasts and blogs from those seeking to make subscription money, like FOX, by pandering to the 'Non-Critical Thinking' masses.

Then there's the rampant misogyny and racism endemic on this board and by GOP MAGA leaders...a toxic mix that yielded a 2% margin of victory. Now DJT has to deliver results that maintain the excellent economy and national stature...best in the world...that he's being given to start his second term. We'll all be watching.

Of course, there are the people who will always put party before country that will cover for good ol' Joe. But he did Trump and the GOP a favor. The Left now has lost the moral high ground they thought they had. They, of course, never had it but it was funny to watch them act like they did.
