He used nothing but a totally unbiased look at all the studies on HCQ+ to conclude it worked and that your hero the Great Fauchino's flawed PERSONAL medical philosophy of not accepting credible observational trials - a philosophy that is not considered the norm among the medical research community, by the way - was in error.

questioned during any proceeding but because he'll have immunity it remains possible that could he be compelled to answer questions about money and JB. While HB for sure has immunity, a judge can compel him to answer as he will not be in jeopardy of any punishment for any criminal act but if he refuses to testify the judge could conceivably then hold him in contempt of court where HB will then be holding the keys to his own jail cell. Yup, words matter.
