WTF was the CEO of a Fortune 5 (300+B in revenue; 400k ees) doing tooling down the street?
Fire the head of security ASAP.

Definately a targeted murder
I've stayed at that Hilton several times, it's in mid-town (6th) and very visible.
The suspect doesn't sound like a pro, he was seen milling around the hotel waiting for his target.
Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame
