There's been a trend in western elections to oust the incompetent (why Trudeau resigned), so Trump
reflects that, and the LA fires would only exacerbate it.
I will say, I have a close friend who lives in LA very near the fire area and I consider him a rational person. He sees nothing wrong with how the fires were handled or the LAFP.
That said, he was also a rabid COVID vaccine mandiate and mask supporter, so I think CA is its own unique little bubble of brain washing.
