Did I or didn't I see Hurts use a finger gun signal to his WR?

I believe the commentators mentioned it briefly. If I saw what I saw, isn't that an infraction in the NFL? Disclaimer: I had no dog in last night's fight.

I think it has to be a taunting gesture (i.e., directed at an opposing player).
