In one sentence he applauds Ireland for attracting businesses,...in the next he accuses it of "Stealing" businesses...

btw, nearly 80% of Irish citizens thought poorly of Trump in 2020...that's unlikely to change...and Scotland is very much the same in its opinion. So this latest exhibit of "Statesmanship" comes as no surprise.
