CDC reported yesterday that only 28% of blacks have been vaccinated.
Passports would then feed into the systemic racism belief system when blacks would be disproportionately "segregated."

People who haven’t been vaccinated because the FDA has still not approved the vaccine are morons.
But people who haven’t been vaccinated because of ‘Tuskegee’ or the ‘legacy of slavery’ are totally reasonable and just ‘hesitant’.
