While you former RA stool pigeons and altar boys are yapping, our spring teams have sailed.
I think an old friend, Mike Berticelli, said it to me best.
"Jim, Jack(the AD) told him to just keep it respectable and everyone will be happy."
So soccer was respectable.
Now, today, our ladies LAX lost to a very weak PITT unit. 5th loss in a row? PITT??? Was UMaine booked?
Last night baseball started with 5 runs in the first and could not garner squat in the remaining 8 innings to lose 6-5 to BC.
Softball is just overmatched when playing teams of substance. But Lax, no excuse.
This is sickening. My granddaughter, who is on an UA team in the summer, is committing to Princeton. Her visit to ND was lackluster.
"the coach seems lost, yet eager, like my prep coach" "kids seem not into it" Her mom and dad both went to ND.
So we continue what my old friend Mike Berticelli told me and suffer in the spring, but lose close ones, to be respectful.

Do you hate all women’s sports? Their is nothing more satisfying then watching your child,
Male or female, excel at what they do. And to top it off, get a good education because of it. I hope if you have a daughter and she chooses to playa sport, you’ll invest the time and effort with her. Don’t just blow her off because she is a girl. Because you’re coming across as that type.
