Even more flooding is expected in that area later today...hopefully, in order to prevent future loss
of life, there will be a deep, and independent, investigation as to why the severity of the rainfall was not forecast and timely warnings not broadcast in these flood prone areas...Trump and Musk's chainsaw cutting of NOAA weather related personnel needs to be at the top of the checklist...as we just saw, such actions can have consequences...deadly consequences.
