More importantly, what is on the menu for tomorrow?…
I’m doing a Wagyu prime rib roast, homemade beef gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, hot crab dip, seared scallops, homemade salsa and chips, shrimp cocktail, and assorted desserts. Oh and some amazing Clase Azul margaritas by the pool.

B&SIL always do Easter Dinner...it will be Lamb and Ham cooked out back...will fill you in on all
other items including wines/ports, etc. tomorrow...btw, getting into Margarita Season for us soon...have ingredients, glasses and shaker easily accessible.

I’m going easy. Nice thick burgers, roasted potatoes on the grill and corn on the cob.
Still playing catch up at home from being away and need to get outback prepped for summer. Oh and the dogs need a bath.
