Joe Biden admitted that his first criteria in his SCOTUS appointee selection process was skin color. Not competence, but race.
He should have admitted that his other criteria was radical political activism.
Even the other liberal justices would not join her dissent and are progressively separating themselves from her.
Jackson Lee is merely throwing out inflammatory accusations with no basis in reality, and it appears that her goal is to help justify the political move of stacking the Supreme Court as soon as the Dems get control.

No, she is different. Her fellow liberal judges don’t join her & criticize her knowledge.
She is fomenting which is the radical Left’s way these days.
Accusing fellow justices of motives that she cannot know (and is incorrect about). Displaying a dazzling level of incompetence which even liberal Kagan has had occasion to rebuke.
