Shocking to believe that Democrats are doing this on purpose...
...but also very hard to believe that an entire racial group could be kept down in blue states (and not in red states) without it being intentional by the blue leadership. Are Democrats really willing to sabotage the success of blacks just to keep them as a captive voting bloc?

It goes back to the days of Margaret Sanger and the uber wealthy elite, and it carries forward to today.
It’s why they always play the race card, and see almost every issue in terms of skin color - they NEED the racial divide issue to maintain their control over a dependent voting pipulation. Any racial healing would be devastating for them.
