Well, I support assistance to Africa and it's people. But I also support the assistance of other countries as well including countries black people, white people, Asian people, and native people. USAID had grown into a nightmare of corruption, waste, and exportation of perversion. It also became a way for the Democrat Party to steal money to line its' pockets.
