If your claim is that the bill is unnecessary because we already have such laws in place, then you should have no reason to oppose it as you do. In truth it tightens rules up nationally to prevent voting abuse (along with enemy foreign countries) and manipulation of our elections. It cannot fix past transgressions, but it can prevent them from happening again.
