It is clear that DEI only works in one direction in the minds of the liberals. Their own rules would lead to an absurd conclusion that even they should be able to see. Merit is the only answer. Color blind, gender blind merit.
The ABA chick has had to acknowledge the SCOTUS ruling verbally, but they clearly don't honor it in their policies that clearly violate the ruling.

The beauty of his point was showing the absurdity of DEI criteria to libs in reverse direction.
Merit is the only fair option. Color blind, gender blind, wealth blind, beauty/ugly blind, height blind, weight blind, full head of hair/baldness blind merit.
This clarification is for the slow liberal folk here for who I am fairly sure that this sailed right over their head.
Since Catholics represent ~22% of the U.S. population, was it appropriate for the GOP to stack the
SCOTUS with 67% (Conservative), Federalist Society aligned Catholics?...asking for a former President and Attorney General.

did it? Since we're talking about "Fairness" in our choices for Supreme Court Justices..and being Open to All qualified candidates?
