If so, then I will approve spending increases for the military.
The military is the most legitimate and most important of all spending categories, and I would still cut it, as part of a larger effort to cut every other government spending category. I would be fiscally conservative toward all spending. I will cut my favorite programs: will you do the same?
If you are only "fiscally conservative" toward the military, or toward other GOP-favored programs, then I say, if we are going to destroy our nation with debt, we might as well do it with spending I like (important, nation-beneficisl spending, IMO) than with spending you like.
So, what say you? Will you join me in being a fiscal conservative with regard to all spending? If not, then I won't criticize the request for more military spending.

You will only oppose spending increases to the primary spending responsibility of government. You will support increases to lesser priority line items.
Then again, you will probably support buying and issuing red 4 inch heels to male soldiers and making them walk in public with them to teach them a lesson.

I just think we need to start treating the debt as another form of existential threat.
But, Quest is a good Democrat, and he will spend any savings on transgender indoctrinations and genital mutilations in Bangladesh, and on increased human & chlid sex trafficking across our southern border. Given that fact, I prefer military spending.
