Mayor Mamdani doesn't work for Cea Weaver...and Cea's job is to look out for NYC tenants' well being
...something that isn't just about their comfort...but very lives...and she has a lot of experience in that role. (Check out her Wiki page)
In a city like New York, it's not easy to become a Home Owner...I know because my parents were tenants in Queens during my early years.
Attached is an article dealing with tenant abuses by apartment owners...and at the end it describes Ms. Weaver's responsibility...be sure to read it.

Yes I did watch it...Cea Weaver doesn't call the shots, her boss, Mayor Mamdani does...regardless of
any social media statements she made in the past...and has subsequently publicly apologized for...hardly a committed communist.
If you watch the videos posted of ZM interviews with Joh Stewart and CBS, you'll hear him directly answer your attempt to label him a Communist...instead of a politician focused on helping the "Little Guys" in America...as opposed to Billionaires, who need very little help.

Again, her job is to be a Tenant Advocate...heaven knows tenants...and prospective tenants need that
help when dealing with unscrupulous apartment owners...such as our current President, all the way back in 1972 (see linked article)...be sure to read it.

Admittedly, Ms. Weaver has made some outlandish statements and claims...(not unlike you)...that
Mayor Mamdani has not accepted...however, she is certainly qualified for the role of Tenant Advocate...and that defines what recommendations she is allowed to pursue...nothing else. Let her record and Mayor Mamdani's be the measures...not some unsupported pre-set opinions...like yours.
