(AI will tell you as much...if you frame your question honestly.)
Why did Fauci use his office to squelch it early on?
Was it due to his knowledge of his own involvement in funding the lab?
What would be the motivation for attempting to eliminate a valid source theory when in the thick of trying to get answers to address a pandemic caused by the virus that originated in Wuhan?
Why was there no transparency about Fauci's involvement with the lab when he was doing this?
There certainly should have been...at a minimum...
(Most interesting that his pardon goes back to 2014...to cover all possible interactions with WIV.)
the Wiki Summary of SARS-CoV-1...which has a scientifically proven "Zoonotic" link between bats in China...intermediate animal hosts...and humans. The transfer to humans occurred in the Guangdong "Wet Market". Fortunately, it was only transmissible among humans when the infected persons had clear symptoms like coughing, which allowed those persons to be quarantined while others wore masks.
It is not beyond reason for SARS-CoV-2 in humans to have had the same pathway...given the large and very active Wuhan "Wet Market"...which interestingly was emptied and scrubbed down as soon as the disease was identified. The fact that a biology lab for the purpose of studying viral pathogens exists nearby in Wuhan doesn't make it #1 on the COVID-19 'Origin Suspect List'...irrespective of Jon Stewart's very entertaining argument. That being said, we're still stuck in Nowhere Land until China releases the necessary data to prove conclusively how SARS-CoV-2 originated.
Carry on with your version of "Entertainment"...;-)
