I voted in the MI Dem primary today. An important fact for people to know....

In the US Senate seat, there had been two standard Democrats running (Haley Stevens and Mallory McMorrow), and one communist DSA candidate (Abdul El-Sayed)
McMorrow dropped out about a month ago, but her name remained on the ballot that I saw today.
I never saw this reported, but it is quite significant as the standard Dem vote is being split by the presence of the two standard Dem option - not everyone knows that McMorrow dropped out, and loyalists often times continue to vote for their candidate anyways if their name is on the ballot.

I say this because the results of this primary (which I expect El Sayed to win) are, to at least some extent, over dramatizing his popularity among Dems.
This is a good bit of information to recall as conclusions are being drawn by the media as we head into the general election.

So you are rooting for the commie, correct? So GOP wins the General?

Or do fear that a state that elected Trump in 2024, may two years later, vote in a Commie?

MI is a test case to see if a DSA candidate can win statewide election in a moderate blue state

If DSA candidate wins in November, the red green alliance will be unstoppable in other blue states in next elections.

Is MI an open primaries state or are you always a registered D?

Open primary- just can’t split the ticket in the primary

(Which one? I know, right?)

Anyways, remember how he donated to liberal causes but had “voted Republican in the last election” (which was a midterm primary) according to the libs and their MSM trying to shift the spotlight away from themselves?
Well, this might be why, eh? I shouldn’t need ti explain this further.
