Not at all...all his career he NEVER sought the spotlight...in fact, none of us had ever heard of
him. Then, all of a sudden the COVID pandemic hits and he's head of NIAID...i.e. the Point Man for Infectious Diseases, and thanks to his level headed (Never Bombastic, like his Boss, DJT) he tells the Truth as the science evolves with this brand new, and evolving, Coronavirus...which thanks to Trump, we are not prepared for (e.g. virtually no PPE...N95/KN95 Masks, etc.). The Public is justifiably proud of and with no urging from TF, he gets Lauded and everyone in the media wants him on TV. It's all brand new to him and makes note of it in his Diary....that SIMPLE...
Not once did he pump his chest...look at any of the videos from that time...all he did was answer questions about COVID...that's it. This claim of Glory Seeking is pure Political Scheming by Trump, his Sycophants...and an unhinged Rand Paul.
Tony Fauci is a Very Good Man...and the right man to lead when we needed one the most...that's not just me making that statement, but medical scientists and Infectious Disease Specialists All Over The World. BTW, you have zero standing to make any judgement of Dr. Fauci's work.
