I’m not suggesting the female police should immediately shot the violent guy. But the question is as a police you even can’t protect your car, i.e., your property (actually the taxpayers’ property), how could you protect other people’s properties?

Two months into the worst mental health crisis of our time. The female officer fired two taser shots into the guys and it didn't affect him. Backup arrived shortly after your video ends and the guy was taken into custody.
Maybe, just maybe, the cops had been advised that lots of people were suffering from various degrees of mental health issues because of the lockdown protocols and were told to holster their guns unless there was an immediate safety threat. I don't know about you, but it's not that hard to dodge a few thrown rocks while waiting for backup. Or you could shoot to kill. That's a choice.
You can make valid arguments for and against having females on the front lines, but don't use one video taken at a unique moment of high mental stress for mankind and extrapolate it universally. That's disingenuous.
Every time a female officer goes on a call by herself, male cops have to hover around, ready to get to the scene ASAP. Every single time. Does that sound like an intelligent, reasonable accommodation? I could post hundreds of bodycam videos of female cops being a further impediment to male officers on scenes. The male officers must concern themselves not only with the resistant suspect, but also with trying to protect the female officer. To quote Harry Callahan, "And that's a helliva price to pay...for being stylish."

He said it was unwritten, never put out in daily briefing because the the sergeant would be a sexist… there were a lot of female cops that needed backup in many situations.
He was one of the cops they would call. Said he could not count the number of times that she would have gotten an ass woopn if he was not there.
Street cops in general should not be chics.
In mixed-sex units, men have to be assigned to assist the women in physically challenging situations, and there are certain jobs that they just can not do. This is just a simple fact. Assigning a task to someone who cannot do it harms the fighting ability of the unit, and that translates directly to casualties.
Don't get me wrong. All women in the military should do all the training, including combat training. People from all branches and types of units have to fight at some time. I have the utmost respect for women who volunteer to serve in the military. But, they should not be assigned to combat arms units as if they can do the job as well as men, when they most certainly cannot.
